Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the scheduled delivery time.
- For cancellations after this window, refunds may not be possible due to the perishable nature of flowers.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed in cases of non-delivery, incorrect delivery, or damaged flowers.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Returns
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
- If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours for resolution.
